Can we have our services at the same time?Yes, absolutely! We offer two options for scheduling services to suit your needs: The Wine Spa Style: Enjoy your services one after the other, allowing you to fully relax and savor your experience. Concurrent Services: For a quicker visit, services can be done simultaneously, perfect for when you're short on time but still want to indulge. For the best experience, we recommend adding a note in your booking to help us tailor your services exactly as you’d like. Can I book an appointment just for myself?Absolutely! Whether you're treating yourself to a solo spa day or simply enjoying a little me-time, we welcome appointments for individuals as well as groups. You deserve it!

Do you accept walk-ins?While we recommend booking your package in advance to secure your spot, we will do our best to accommodate walk-ins if we have availability.

Do you serve alcohol?The Wine Spa is a fully licensed bar offering a diverse array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to suit every taste. Our pride and joy is our meticulously curated wine program, featuring a selection of wines carefully chosen to enhance your experience. In addition to our wine selection, we also offer an assortment of cocktails, beers, ciders, and spritzes, ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Do you have non alcoholic drink options?Yes! We have a variety of local non-alcoholic drink options ranging from Connected Crafts Kombucha to Benjamin Bridges Nova 7 Zero.

Are guests under 19 allowed at the spa?We welcome guests of all ages before 6pm. Evening bookings after 6pm are reserved for guests 19 years of age and over. Looking to host a birthday party for any age? Our semi-private glam room is the perfect destination.

Do you offer gel polish removal?Gel polish can be tricky to remove, so we recommend returning to The Wine Spa for safe and professional removal. This service is complimentary for gel polish applied at The Wine Spa. For gel polish applied at other locations, there is a $20 fee for removal. Please note, we do not offer artificial nail removal services.

Do you have non-gel polish options?Yes. We have a variety of non-gel polish options. We also carry Nail Envy polish to help nourish damaged nails.

What is your cancellation policy?We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the spot to another guest. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are free of charge. However, cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

How do I cancel my appointment?You can cancel your appointment over the phone by calling The Wine Spa at 902.414.7887. You can also cancel by emailing your booking information to Experience@TheWineSpa.ca.

Do you have gift cards?Yes! Gift cards for The Wine Spa are available for purchase both online and in-person at the spa. They make the perfect gift for any occasion!

When are you open?The Wine Spa is open Thursday to Sunday, with hours varying based on demand. For group bookings, we are also available on other days—just give us a call to arrange the perfect time for your group. If you’re unable to find availability online, don’t hesitate to call us at 902.414.7887, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you and your party.

What if I'm running late?If you’re running behind, we understand—life happens. Please call the spa to let us know you’ll be a bit late and we will try our best to accommodate you. We may need to condense your service. We strongly recommend you allocate some extra time for traffic and parking as this is the most common cause of delays.

Is there parking on site?The Wine Spa does not have dedicated parking, so we do recommend that you factor in a little extra time to find parking nearby. There is a parkade at 1554 Hollis Street.

If I’m coming to the spa with a group of friends, can we pay individually?Yes, we can break up payments to best meet your groups needs. Just let our staff know when you are paying.
